I am sharing my personal experience at this clinic: From my perspective, the staff appeared rushed and did not provide clear information at the beginning of my visit. I was informed that the physician would not be able to renew a prescription, which later proved to be incorrect and caused unnecessary confusion. When I met with the physician, my experience was positive. She was attentive, professional, and clear in her explanations. She confirmed that renewing the prescription was not an issue and performed a physical examination appropriately. On a subsequent visit for an imaging exam, I was asked to wear a disposable gown and walk through the reception area to reach the exam room, during which I was visible to others in the waiting area. I personally found this experience very uncomfortable. In my view, there was no apparent clinical reason why changing clothes could not have occurred inside the exam room, and this raised concerns for me regarding patient privacy. I also observed that the cleanliness of the exam rooms and the reception area, including the floors, did not appear well maintained during my visits.

The nurses have no experience drawing blood or following antiseptic protocols. They left me in the room with the tourniquet on and an open/used needle beside me for around 10 minutes. After handling multiple needles and touching contaminated objects they never changed gloves or sanitized them. When they finally came to collect the blood, the whole procedure took forever due to the lack of blood flow that they blamed on me (it had never happened before). Terrible experience!!

Incredible service!! The staff (including front desk) was extremely kind and I felt heard and supported. Special shoutout to Natia for taking my vitals and keeping my spirits up. The provider also was very knowledgeable and sweet and address all my concerns. 10/10 would recommend this place to everyone for care!

AFC in Back Bay was AWESOME, and they got me in and out quickly! All of the staff was kind and professional and the building was clean. It was easy as pie to set up an appointment and get situated, and everything was super navigable.

Pleasant experience! Talia helped me check in and was wonderful during this part of the process. JJ the provider was quick and efficient and conducted a very thorough assessment and I could tell he had genuine concern and care during this visit. The MA staff were quick and efficient as well. Check-in to discharge was less than 90 min even though it seemed busy! JJ did a wonderful job providing thorough and competent care in an efficient and timely manner.
