One of the worse urgent care clinics; they seem to never be able to be on time or stay on schedule. I’ve always had to wait 45min to an hour before I’m seen for a scheduled appointment. They really need to do better at scheduling, make the appointments longer or better with time management of patients. I’ve always had work planned 2-3 hours after and still end up being late for work. The nurses and health care workers are so used to it as well, their attitudes are terrible. They will just put you in a room and make you wait for 45 min without any explanations and when you ask them what’s going on, they just reply they are really busy. No apologies or checking with the doctor. Honestly, this will be the last time I visit this clinic. Come here is you want to wait 2hours even though you made a scheduled appointment. I had a good size cut on my hand. Went in for the first time. People were great. Very professional. All stitched up and on my way in no time at all. Could not ask for a better experience.

Very friendly professional and competent staff. I’m from out of town so felt relieved they processed my insurance and were kind and attentive. Was seen within 35 minutes. Meds prescribed and on my way. Good visit!!! Nice staff and clinic!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I truly wanted to recognize Leslie for her amazing care and kindness. She took my pain away within minutes, all while smiling and treating me with genuine compassion. As I was leaving, I even saw her taking out the clinic’s trash herself — and that moment said everything about the kind of person she is. Yesterday reminded me that angels really do exist… they simply live among us. Thank you, Leslie, for your humanity and exceptional treatment.

Booking and check-in were easy, with online forms and available morning appointments. Wait time was about 30 minutes despite a nearly empty waiting area. The tech was pleasant but reused gloves across surfaces and patient contact, which felt unsafe and unsanitary. The PA was friendly but not very informative, especially after the initial test was negative but I still had questions about symptoms. Post-visit communication included confusing emails but no actual printed or digital visit summary, and a follow-up call two days later from AFC staff who didn’t identify their role. Overall, an adequate process with some concerns about infection control and clarity of information.
