I came in from out of town and found myself needing an urgent care center. This was the easiest visit I have ever had at a medical facility! Ella at the front desk and Dr Alt were both wonderful! So helpful, they listened and I did not feel rushed. I truly felt like they cared! Thank you all for providing such a welcoming environment for patients!! I highly recommend this facility!!

Stay away. I brought my daughter in after she fell and we suspected she had a broken arm. First, they were unable to confirm the diagnosis because they did not have the appropriate imaging available, so we had to go elsewhere for proper evaluation. This cost us additional time and money. The second facility quickly confirmed the fracture (fortunately, no surgery was needed). Then, two months later, I received a bill for $182 for a simple fabric arm sling they provided during the visit. Charging this amount for what is essentially a basic piece of cloth is ridiculous, especially when no one informed us at the time that it would be billed separately. Very disappointing experience.

Like it happens in the game of life, far from home and you need medical help. I was in Boston for my daughter's graduation and my sinus issues really flared up. I got in quickly Saturday morning and was seen quickly. They took excellent care of me including a breathing treatment. I was in and out in no time. If you're in the Boston area and need a walk-in clinic, look no further than these good folks! P.S. They had also seen my daughter for a quick visit while in college and they treated her excellent which a mama from far away really appreciated. Thank you!

Beware of the incompetent MA when billing and scheduling your appointments… My recent visit to Carbon Health was overall very good up until leaving. The receptionist was attentive and the NP was excellent, she was efficient with my TB test. Leaving the MA (medical assistant) was very underwhelming and incompetent. The MA took roughly 15 minutes to complete my paperwork and made multiple mistakes it seems. She initially attempted to charge me $225 amount for a TB test despite my insurance coverage. I corrected her it should not be never be that much for insurance and then she said she didn’t that I had my insurance. She then corrected herself and then correctly charged me $100 on top of co-pay. Had I not known the correct pricing and my insurance details, I would have been overcharged. Additionally, the MA tried to schedule my TB test reading outside of the proper 48–72 hour window, which would have made the result invalid. Which I reiterated many times she continued to insist on scheduling beyond the allowed timeframe. After not giving up my defense she asked the NP and the NP did confirm that I was correct and finally adjusted the appointment. If I was scheduled outside this window I would’ve needed to pay another $70 to have the test redone due to the MAs incompetency. If I hadn’t corrected them due to being in the medical field myself I could’ve been overcharged and had to pay more out to get my test redone. In total with the MAs errors could’ve resulted in a $325 out of pocket issue on top of paying the first visit and to get my test redone instead of the $100 cost it should’ve been. This is no way any hate however, Carbon Health should be do a better job at being informative in regard to cost and scheduling for all people especially those who could be healthcare illiterate. I can’t wait for an automated comment under this post to ask me to follow up with comments and concerns when they should be using the information listed above as a reference on how to improve.

Dr Khalifa was patient and helpful but was rather reductive about my past medical experiences. Front desk was kind and fast. Nurse who led me into the room and took vitals rushed me and was harsh and inattentive. Overall what they did here was helpful if only for peace of mind, but I would definitely recommend going to CHA or CareWell instead.
