The best healthcare experience I've ever had! Vladimir is the kindest, most attentive clinician I've had -- anywhere! Since my very first appointment -- a quick sick visit -- he's always gone out of his way to make me feel comfortable, heard, and confident that ALL of my medical questions and needs are answered. He has a truly exceptional talent for patient care, and a truly unique way of making you feel fully seen. The whole team at Carbon is super professional and warm, making the visit a delight.

As a visitor from a foreign country it was nessecary for me to get medical advice and aid in the first days of my stay in Boston due to heavy illness symptoms. I could make a quick appointment with a carbon health office next to my hostel and got excellent service and immediate help. Therefore I could continue my trip with the right medicine and soon I got better.

This urgent care is very well run, clean, organized , and staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They have several examining rooms and i believe an imaging machine too . I made an appt online , changed time several times online , no problem. Staff were thorough and ran multiple tests for me . App is easy and convenient too. Glad to have them in my neighborhood .

I came in for a common infection and got a treatment from the Physicians Assistant. I also had to insist multiple times on getting lab cultures and she told me it wasn’t necessary and that she only ordered it because I insisted on it. It ended up coming back positive. She scheduled a follow up appointment for over a week later and when I came to this appointment, she checked me again and told me it was getting better (it wasn’t). She then told me that she was going to step out of the room to “google what to do next”. She then came back in and said that the next course of action was according to the internet. She didn’t seem confident on what she was saying on how to treat it. I don’t know why I came to a health professional if I could have googled it myself. She also asked me to schedule another follow up appointment with her. Why would I come back to a clinician who isn’t confident or knowledgeable in their treatment? I’m very disappointed in this and have lost faith with the Carbon Health in Back Bay.

Carbon Health provides excellent care. Appointments are easy to schedule, and the patient app makes navigating your healthcare straightforward and convenient. Dr. Vladimir Odinets deserves special recognition: he is knowledgeable, compassionate, and takes a holistic approach to patient care. He’s intentional about guiding patients through treatment and offering lifestyle advice and education to support long-term health.
