I loved the experience during my visit. However, I received $275 bill (after insurance coverage)from external lab afterwards, which I don’t feel reasonable. The doctor had already given me prescriptions right after my visit to treat my UTI and control virginal yeast infection, and the test results were returned 2 days later to just confirm it, not really necessary for the diagnosis. I feel upset that I was not given the opportunity to make an informed financial decision before high-cost laboratory testing was ordered. When I contacted the clinic, I was directed to the external lab and told the clinic was not responsible for this billing question. I feel helpless. Follow ups: Thank you for replying my review. However it doesn’t solve my problem. I’ve already looked into the itemized bill and the insurance company policy. They did everything correctly. I have to pay the balance in the bill because the provider ordered a broad SURESWAB Advanced Vaginitis molecular panel without clearly informing me that: ● the testing could result in significant out-of-pocket costs, ● and that lower-cost/basic alternatives might exist. I hope this can change in the future!

Thank you for seeing me quickly and ordering x-rays for my shoulder which were easy to obtain at nearby Mt Auburn Hospital. The PA and assistant I met with were both excellent - thoughtful, knowledgeable, friendly and caring. I appreciated the follow up check-in call as well.

The level of service is amazing. The front staff is so kind and understanding. They were having a busy day and suggested for me to go their sister location (which I was okay with). But when the front desk found out the amount of pain I was in, they quickly put me in their system and a physician saw me in less than 20 min. He recommended that I go to the ER and lucky I did since my appendix could have ruptured. So grateful for them and would recommend them to anyone.

Warm and conscientious staff (from front desk all the way to doctor). I attended the AFC Urgent Care on a Friday morning and I was seen to very quickly. My doctor immediately helped me with a bunch of referrals to help me. I have also attended with my wife, and we had to wait about 45 minutes, but that is what you have to expect if you go on the weekend. With both visits the service we received was very supportive, engaging, and full of care.

I had a great experience saving my spot online and checking-in my appointment there, fast and without any issue. Safa, the medical assistant, was so attentive taking all my information about my symptoms and so sweet offering some water to drink. Great service here! I always like to come back.
