I’ve been to this location 3-4 times for blood work. I’ve always had a good experience. The employees have been polite and efficient. There is plenty of parking in the lot as well. I will keep coming here as needed.

Brought my sister to this urgent care for stitches. From the receptionist, medical assistant, nurse to doctor was an amazing experience. We were greeted with the utmost respect and Dr. Justin Larsons' bedside manner was exceptional!

Made an appointment easily over the phone. I was late to my appointment but once I arrived I was seen quickly! The staff were all helpful and friendly. I was in and out fairly quickly although I had a few tests/X-rays done. The doctor was knowledgeable and supportive. They checked in with me many times and made sure to see if I had any questions. I would recommend anyone to try them out for Urgent Care.

Extremely rude on the phone when I called to ask very simple questions. Made me not go to them and went to a different urgent care instead.

Their bedside manner could use some work. Even when you are trying to explain what is happening, they are in a hurry to get you out the door. They do not fully explain your test results and just say follow up with your PCP or another specialist. They very much have a treat them and street them mentality. While they may seem friendly at first, they don't really seem to care even when a test result involves an abnormal cardiac finding. Not sure I will return again unless out of options.
