All around terrible experience at this location. From parking to the staff. Booked an appointment with Lovia, who evidently was leaving the practice. I spent countless phone calls coordinating with insurance to ensure she was in net work. I arrived at the appointment and had a totally different show up for the exam. Never had that happen. It's too bad because Abby was great, but due to the horrible experience with this office, will not be back. I recommend for you to look somewhere else for treatment.

I had a great experience at the Fenway Carbon Health location. Najma was such a breath of fresh air. When she noticed my appointment time was too late for the type of appointment I scheduled, she reached out right away and made sure I was still able to be seen same day. She was incredibly pleasant upon my arrival, made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment and made sure everything throughout the process was painless. She was amazing! My PA Elias was thorough, informative and also made me feel very comfortable through the entire appointment. This is a great team and great location!

I had a great appointment at the Fenway Carbon urgent care. I was in and out within 30 minutes. The medical assistant was quick and thorough and was very sympathetic to my symptoms which I really appreciated. The provider was incredibly kind and took time to explain to me what my symptoms meant and why she was running certain tests. She also offered additional testing as an option and made it my choice which I liked. We discussed medications that could help alleviate my symptoms and when I said my concerns, she explained what each medication would do and how it could help. Everyone was very nice and efficient and has been the best experience I’ve had at an urgent care in the Boston area. All of my appointment notes were posted in my chart in the app before I even got to my car.

I’ve had 2 great experiences at this Carbon Health location! One for urgent car and one for a follow up appt with the primary care physician, Lovia. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. I had Anna as my medical assistant both times and she was so nice and funny! She made sure I understood what was going on and was great to talk to.

Cut finger at 11:30 am got appointment at 1, out by 130pm. Made me feel comfortable and they were very accommodating. I recommend for urgent care to all, no waiting make appointment on-line or walk-in.
