The nurses here are very good and they are doing their best. However, they wait is quite long for walk ins and appointments and their diagnoses are not super accurate lol. Also, MIT students, it’s covered by your insurance, so don’t be afraid to come, it’s better to spend 3 hrs to find out what you have than to speculate for 3 weeks and be scared it’s something very bad.

People here were nice but never getting the right treatment I needed. Don’t go unless you have severe symptoms or you probably just getting a paper for otc suggestions.

I have been at MIT medical 3 times and their service is the worst. The first time I went was to get a physical exam however, the Dr. didn't do anything pretty much, I was expecting to at least get a blood test. 2nd visit which was recently, I cut myself on my hand, I went to the urgent care and of course they don't do stitches. An urgent care that don't do stitches, seriously? 3rd visit, I had to wait over an hour to be attended to get my stitches out. Whats the point of all this money you pay for health insurance then? Ridiculous...

The urgent care here is excellent. The doctors and nurses are fantastic and have followed up with me daily to check on how I'm doing. If you have access to it, it is a godsend.

Not open to the public. Should be hidden from Google search results. Also, their parking lot is $60. Don't learn this the hard way like I did.
