Been going to this clinic since I was born for pediatrics. Now since I’m and adult I’m in the adult medicine at the maverick st location, the maverick location is more modern, nice and high tech the phlebotomist also come to you instead of needing to go to the basement like at this gove st location. I like it, although since it’s one of the only clinics around here in eastie it is going to be packed especially if you need the emergency room. If you’re an established patient it’s pretty simple to make appointments through MyChart. Many specialist are found here as well such as for physical therapy and rheumatology etc. As a regular clinic you have almost everything here in one place as well as the eye and dental clinic at the maverick location. I can’t speak much on the emergency department since I’ve only been 2 times when I was a little kid it wasn’t as packed as it is now though.🤷🏽‍♀️ if you need emergency like other people have said just go to the hospital probably better choice…

Waiting one hour and 30 mins to be attended with my 1 month baby she is been constipated for 2 days crys alot i try to do it myself but nothing and arrive to this hospital 3 floor for emergency just to wait 1 and 30 min almost 2 like come on she is a baby only one doctor. ? At least there should be 2

I came here twice for the same head injury, asked to make sure it wasn't anything serious the first time because I told them I hit my head really hard, they did NOTHING. I started having other issues that could VERY WELL be tied to the head injury and MY doctor told me to go rechecked at the hospital immediately to make sure it wasn't tied together. Guess what they did, NOTHING again. They asked me some questions and just ruled everything out. This place is a joke, I better not find out from another hospital something is wrong when they could've very well helped me with this. Never coming back, and if you are concerned about your health don't come here either they won't help you

The ER took 2 hours to tell me they did not know when they could see me after I waited 2 long hours after they saw like 10 people coming after me and I was the only one who they had not seen. It made me feel very upset. Def chaging to another place where they actually care about patients.

The doctors are awful, they treat people with very little care, the service gets worse every year, each doctor worse than the last, the emergency room is overcrowded and the doctors and nurses are all just chatting, leaving people in a room for hours without being seen. The adult doctors are terrible, they should replace them all or close the clinic, it's very bad!!
