The doctors are very knowledgeable and take time to listen and take care of your medical needs and follow-up with what's needed to resolve your concerns towards making you feel better. I have had excellent service and follow-up care. From the time I walk in to register at the front desk to the time I check in with the nurse and after meet with the doctor my experience has been very good and as a senior citizen I am happy to have Health Center that gives such excellent health care services.

I’ve been coming here since ~2014. Initially, I found the doctors to be helpful. A lot of the good doctors have since left the practice. Currently, I’m seeking alternative care with different doctors (outside SBCHC) because no physician here seems to know what’s wrong with me medically. Although I’m sure I’m not the only person that has come to the clinic with my exact health problems or at least very close. I don’t know maybe Guinness Book of World Records should meet me. Or doctors need A buffering course on medicine. Not sure. I’m experiencing a lot of what people call “Band-Aid” approaches to what’s going on, I’m just getting pills for my ailments rather than finding out the root cause. *Too many pills can make you sick as well*. It’s just too easy to prescribed pills and the doctors here are not really trying anything else. The only good thing remaining now is their psychiatrist and the courtesy shuttle. There is a pharmacy in the building that is a hit or miss probably will switch that too since I only use it cause it’s in the building, but I don’t plan on going here much longer. I’m not getting better with the current doctors/RN’s etc. My advice is if you’re medically complex seek alternative care because you probably won’t get anywhere here.

Dr.Molin is the best dentist I have ever had. Dr. Molin, is pleasant, friendly, very knowledgeable and more importantly very gentle and explanatory on every aspect of the procedure. I really felt she is there for the patient , what was best for the patient. Have been to see Dr. Molin several times and can not express enough of how much of a good , genuine wholehearted person Dr. Molin is. Plus you get the added bonus of her excellent skills and knowledge.

Great experience. Didn’t have to wait at all, they saw me right as i walked in and the nurse and doctor were in quickly. Felt heard and cared for, not rushed. I was in for an annual and to establish as a patient after moving to the area and couldn’t be a bigger advocate for this hospital. I saw Dr. Virtue who I’d definitely recommend.

We came in with a real sense of urgency as we had a 2yr old who got sick and we needed to get to the airport. Kathy at the front desk was AMAZING. Pharmacy on site and a CVS right next door made it an easy one stop shop. They handled everything with my health insurance extremely quickly and efficiently. This was even more challenging because we were out of state too. Could not have asked for a better experience
