I would not take my pet dog to be taken care of here. Not only does nowhere on the website specify that this team will not accept you during their lunch hour, they publicize everywhere that they accept walk-ins. This is a completely deceitful lie and an utterly perfect example of fraudulent misrepresentation. I came here last month because my acrylic nail was half snapped off. Not only did they make me sit on the street for an entire hour because I came during the lunch hour that is not listed on their website or instagram, but they took me in for less than ten minutes and provided what I could only classify as advice amounting to negligent care. In response to the bloodied nail hanging half off my hand, and after an hour sitting outside on the street, the physician's advice to me was to go to a nail salon to have them drill it off. Personally, I go to an urgent care so that a professional can assist me, not so that they can forward me to an unprofessional enhancement salon to help with my injury. After less than ten minutes with me in the office, the physician left - yet here's the kick, I received a $400 charge. DO NOT go here unless you call them and verify multiple things especially, 1) they will let you in, and 2) they can actually help you. Also - be prepared to be dealing with an incredibly rude and unfriendly staff (except one woman who's name I did not catch, but she was the reason I did not break down into tears out of shock from the lack of human decency the rest of the employees offered).

Unable to provide emergency prescriptions. I needed a temporary script while traveling. Front desk told me they don't provide urgent care prescriptions, but "other clinics might". Useful information for anyone with a similar emergency.

I highly recommend SBH Seaport Urgent Care in Boston, MA. We are from out of town and needed a medical center with a very short window to make it happen. The pharmacy recommended this facility to us. Kathy at the front desk was amazingly fantastic! She is a very efficient, kind, and caring person who coordinated receiving approval to fit my husband into their tight schedule. Kathleen, the PA, and her assistant were also very helpful, kind, and thorough! The PA assessed and treated my husband’s medical needs to ensure a full recovery. Thank you, thank you! 🥰

I stopped here on my vacation and much to my surprise had to make an appointment for the following day. When I questioned the reception lady about this being a walk in clinic she said it was a walk in clinic but I had to make an appointment. I was willing to wait but instead turned down and told they were full for tonight(although no one was in the waiting room but myself?) . Not much of a walk in clinic with the advertisement being same day appointment if you ask me. When I came back the next day for my appointment I was greeted by the same unfriendly reception lady. I was happy with my nurse practitioner and the nice MA. They got me in and out quickly. This shouldn’t be advertised a walk in clinic if it is not. Also it’s not a good look when no one is sitting in the said waiting room for an appointment.

Incredible service! I was traveling on business and suffering from severe seasonal allergies. I was in and out in less than an hour as a “walk in” (no appointment). Very polite and thoughtful staff. Fast process, and effective prescriptions to address the symptoms. They did very quick diagnostics to rule out flu or Covid so that we could remedy the allergy symptoms. 24 hours later and I’m feeling almost 100% again. I highly recommend this facility and the wonderful nurse practitioner on staff.
