I recently visited Baylor Scott & White Urgent Care+, Dallas (Mockingbird), and I was highly impressed by the quality of care provided. The doctors and medical staff were experienced, attentive, and committed to delivering excellent treatment. The clinic operates efficiently, ensuring that patients receive timely care while maintaining a comfortable and supportive environment. Their dedication to patient health and recovery is truly remarkable. After my appointment, I enjoyed lunch at Emilio's Mexican Kitchen. The restaurant offers a wonderful atmosphere where customers are greeted with warmth and hospitality. The owner and staff are professional, friendly, and focused on providing a great dining experience. The food is freshly prepared, full of flavor, and made with high-quality ingredients. Every meal reflects the chefs' creativity and commitment to excellence. I highly recommend both Baylor Scott & White Urgent Care+, Dallas (Mockingbird) and Emilio's Mexican Kitchen for their outstanding service, professionalism, and dedication to customer satisfaction.

The overall care was good, and the staff was professional and helpful. However, the wait times were longer than I expected for an urgent care visit. After having my vitals taken and being placed in an exam room, I waited over 30 minutes to be seen by a provider. After the visit, there was an additional 20-minute wait to receive my injection. While the quality of care was good, the total wait time felt excessive for an urgent care setting. Improving efficiency and reducing patient wait times would significantly enhance the overall experience.

I highly recommend this facility if you need urgent care. It was easy to make an appointment. Reception was very helpful, polite and thorough. And Kim Vault, the practitioner was wonderful. The BEST bedside manner. She listens. I didn't feel rushed at all. I left there wishing she could be my primary care Dr. They all made a difficult time a lot easier.

Had an 11am appointment and I still waited until 11:20 to get taken back. Then the doctor came in and saw me for maybe 1 minute and it did not feel like she did a good job trying to figure out what was wrong. Then she said she would send in a prescription and I just needed to wait for paperwork. I sat in the room for 30 more minutes when I had already gotten the text that my prescription was sent. I then had another question for the doctor so I peaked my head out of the room and said I had one more question and she brushed me off and said she would be back in here. she then came back and I asked my question and then she was surprised. I hadn’t gotten my discharge papers yet and had to give them to me herself. Overall the doctor was so nice and I do not have any complaints about her this was just absurd. I will not be coming back this was ridiculous and a complete waste of time especially for an urgent care. I am so disappointed in this visit and everyone should be aware of this.

It was great! Such a prompt care for a timely manner. Michelle the nurse was really sweet and kind. She is genuinely caring. Diva was really professional too. I’d recommend this place to anybody!
