My experience at CareNow Urgent Care - Greenville was outstanding. The clinic is well-organized, and the healthcare professionals are dedicated to providing prompt and effective care. The staff are courteous, responsive, and committed to delivering a smooth healthcare experience. After leaving the clinic, I visited Emilio's Mexican Kitchen and was equally impressed. The restaurant has a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere that makes guests feel at home. The team provides excellent hospitality, and every meal is prepared with fresh ingredients and attention to detail. The flavors are authentic, the portions are generous, and the overall dining experience is exceptional. Both CareNow Urgent Care - Greenville and Emilio's Mexican Kitchen demonstrate a strong commitment to quality, service, and customer satisfaction. I would gladly recommend both to friends and family.

I had to come in today for a driver's physical exam. The physician that seen me was Dr. Heena,and she was fast and efficient. I was called to the back as soon as I completed my paperwork. My exam was a breeze. However, the highlight of the visit was the receptionist, Reagan, of whom welcomed me with a smile as soon as I stepped through the door. She kept me laughing and talking and made my experience very enjoyable out of all the times I had to visit for work and any CareNow facility has had been to in the past. I'd come back just for Reagan!

I had such a stellar experience at the Care Now in Greenville team, and I felt compelled to share it. From the moment I arrived, I was met with genuine kindness and care. The nurse Chandler who greeted me was incredibly warm and friendly, which meant a lot because I wasn’t feeling my best. Brianna, the tech who helped with my X-rays and blood work, was absolutely amazing. She made an uncomfortable process feel so much easier with her calm presence, patience, and kindness. Julie, the physician assistant, was truly exceptional. She took my concerns about my foot seriously, listened attentively, and made it very clear that she genuinely wanted to figure out what was going on so she could help me feel better. I never felt rushed or dismissed. Her level of care and compassion stood out in such a meaningful way. This entire team made me feel seen, supported, and well cared for. Thank you all for turning a stressful visit into such a positive experience. I’m incredibly grateful.

This is a great place with top notch employees. Front desk Reagan is a delightful and thoughtful woman. Who you can tell really cares about the patients. No one takes better vitals or gives a caring laughter than the medical assistant Chandler. Nurse Practitioner Chacko takes the cake. She definitely shows compassionate care for all. Thank you all for everything you do.

Subject: Hostile, Unprofessional, and Discriminatory Staff — Left Without Care My visit to the CareNow Dallas - Greenville Avenue on November 1, 2025, around 6:40 p.m. (yesterday), was the worst healthcare experience I have ever had. I arrived feeling dizzy and in need of immediate medical attention. From the moment I walked in, the receptionist (African American woman) at the front desk was hostile and unprofessional. When I explained that I was dizzy and needed to see a doctor, she responded with a dismissive attitude — sighing loudly and using condescending body language. Instead of showing concern or offering help, she repeatedly asked “What for?” in a confrontational tone, as if my request to see a doctor required justification. She then ordered me to “scan the barcode” to register on my phone. I followed the instructions, completed the entire online registration, and uploaded both my photo ID and insurance card. Once I finished, she called me back to the desk and abruptly stated that my visit would cost over $230 upfront. I calmly told her my insurance copay for urgent care is $40, and asked her to verify that. She refused, claiming that the insurance line was “already closed” and there was “no way” to confirm my coverage. This statement was implausible — verifying insurance is a standard part of urgent care check-in, not dependent on a phone line. The interaction felt blatantly discriminatory and targeted. While she was rude, impatient, and dismissive toward me, I clearly observed her treating other patients — who were not of my background — with courtesy. The contrast was unmistakable and deeply upsetting. She gave me a harsh ultimatum: “If you don’t pay, you’re not going to see a doctor.” When I asked about a refund in case of overpayment, she provided factually incorrect information, insisting that my insurer, not the clinic, would issue the refund. That is simply untrue. Feeling ill and desperate for care, I attempted to pay. When the kiosk failed to accept my card, she responded with visible irritation and dismissive gestures rather than offering help or alternative options. At that point, after enduring repeated disrespect, I told her to cancel the check-in. As I left, I said, “Learn how to talk to your patients.” I walked out of an urgent care clinic still dizzy, without ever seeing a doctor — not because of medical unavailability, but because of a receptionist’s hostility and lack of professionalism. This employee’s conduct was a disgrace to the medical profession and should never represent a healthcare provider’s first point of contact. I hope CareNow takes this complaint seriously and reviews its hiring, training, and accountability processes. No patient should ever be treated this way when seeking help.
