Had a great experience at CareNow Urgent Care. The entire staff was professional, kind, and efficient from start to finish. Chauncey MA was very attentive and made me feel comfortable during my visit. Rhonda Lee NP took the time to listen to my concerns and provided excellent care. Stephen in the lab was quick and professional, and Taileah at the front desk was welcoming and helpful the moment I walked in. The team made the process smooth, fast, and stress-free. I truly appreciated the level of customer service and compassion everyone showed. Highly recommend this location!

Booked appointment online and it said to come in at 10:26am. I arrived on time and there were zero cars in parking and no one in the waiting room. Ive now been waiting over 30 minutes I cant imagine how bad it would be if there were actually other patients

The staff and providers were friendly, knowledgeable, and had me in and out in no time. I was extremely impressed with how efficient this office is managed. The nurse practitioner was courteous, sensitive to my needs/vulnerability, and knew best practices. I was a little worried a dog bite would need more care, but it was handled perfectly.

I had a great experience with CareNow on Lemon Avenue (near Oak Lawn). I originally went to the McKinney Ave location, the lab technician leaves at 2:00pm there on Wednesdays so, the front desk clinical staff person assisted me and was very personable! -she helped me with registration and transitioning my appointment to the Lemmon Ave (Oaklawn) clinic location. Once I arrived at Lemmon Ave, they helped me right away (like they knew I was coming)- the entire process was seamless, everyone was friendly, and I was in and out quickly, which was perfect for my situation. Highly recommend!!

Had a great experience here. Ronda and Andrea were both amazing! Super kind, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. They really took the time to listen and made sure I got the care I needed. Highly recommend!
