I had such a positive experience at this urgent care. I came in with a severe burn, and the team assessed my wound quickly and took such good care of me. Even though I was dealing with a painful and scary injury, they kept me in good spirits while treating me with care, patience, and professionalism. The center was also very clean, which made me feel even more comfortable being treated there. If I ever need to visit an urgent care again, I would not hesitate to return. A special thank you to the woman at the front desk. I’m sorry your name is escaping me, but your kindness and support did not escape me. Thank you also to my medical team, Dr. Chervil and Nurse Rico, for taking such great care of me. I truly appreciate you all.

we waited over 45 minutes past our scheduled time. we signed in online an hour prior and got a text that they were ready for us, then proceeded to wait an additional 45 minutes after we arrived. the lobby was so crowded that there were no seats so i was forced to sit on the floor. when a seat became available, i asked an older woman if she wouldn't mind scooting on the bench just a bit so i could sit on a chair. she then scoffed at me and called me entitled, saying the older gentleman (who just arrived) needed the seat. he declined the seat, but she still refused to let me sit. saying i'm young, and that she could be my grandmother. she was getting quite loud and rude but staff didn't care. i continued to sit on the floor as she continued to try and argue with me... eventually we were called back into our appointment so i said that i hope her day went better and may she learn some manners in her old age.

Our Experience even though in a lot of pain was very welcoming, pleasant and inviting. Just the kind of treatment you want and need when you are not feeling well. The receptionist was very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Nurse Khalida and Dr. Thomas were very kind, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They even went the extra mile to give us information needed for continuing care and did some extra research for us. If you want an urgent care where the staff cares about the people and not just reporting to a job for a check; then this is definitely your first stop.

Had by far the fastest, easiest and most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at an urgent care. Rico and Savannah were life savers and worked with me to get the treatment I needed before a 4 month trip. I couldn’t possibly recommend them enough!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I am thankful for CareNow being so close to my home. They were less than a mile away, which made it super convenient when I needed help. They opened at 8 a.m., and I saw the doctor pretty quickly, around 9 a.m. The check-in was easy and there was not much paperwork. The doctor took time to check on me and make sure I was okay, and I really appreciated that. Unfortunately, they did not accept my insurance, but the fast service and close location were still very helpful. Thank you for taking care of me! 😊
