This Urgent Care made my experience of getting care and treatment so great! Scheduling an appointment online was simple, and the Doctor was quick with her prescriptions and care. They printed a hard copy of my prescriptions when asked so I could get them sooner, and when there were some complications with my insurance at the pharmacy down the street for my prescriptions, the front desk staff called them directly to help and resolve the issue. I recommend City-Doc Urgent Care with full confidence!

Easy access. No hassle. Short to no wait. My advanced nurse practitioner today was a great provider. Seen her before and appreciate her time and counsel.

Was visiting family from out of town and unfortunately fell ill and had to come in to get seen. The PA that saw me was one of best providers I have ever encountered. She was thorough on her exam and never once did I feel rushed out or brushed off. I forgot her name, but I visited on 5/726 @ 1830. Thank her for me.I highly recommend this place.

NP Jojo is a constant and very good. But the deliteful experience was the steroid shot that the nurse? Gave me. Expertly done did not hurt… until later. Appreciated that greatly

I had a very frustrating experience at CityDoc overall. I had a scheduled appointment, yet still waited an hour and a half to be seen. Despite arriving on time, I ended up being the last patient seen. I came in with a very painful ear infection, and sitting there that long while the pressure continued to build was extremely uncomfortable and concerning. After finally being evaluated, I was told my prescription would be sent to the pharmacy. I intentionally chose a 24-hour pharmacy so I could start treatment that same evening. Unfortunately, the prescription was never sent. By the time I realized this, the clinic had already closed and was not responding to messages through their patient portal. I was left without medication for a condition that can worsen quickly, which was both stressful and unacceptable. I am giving two stars because, once I was finally seen, the nurse practitioner was nice, professional, thorough, and efficient. The clinical care itself was good. However, the excessive wait time, lack of follow-through with the prescription, and inability to reach anyone after hours significantly outweighed that positive interaction. CityDoc needs to improve scheduling, communication, and prescription handling so patients can receive timely care without unnecessary delays or complications.
