I wouldn’t recommend them as they are for profit. They require $300 upfront if your a self pay and offer no charity. There website doesn’t list this information. Which is dishonest as patients who need care have to find a different provider when they are in pain and suffering. I do not recommend unless you have insurance and even if you have insurance they will charge you upfront. So basically let you bleed out until they see a credit card.

Val the nurse is an angel. I came in the late hours (2 am) after several episodes of intense vomit (sorry to be graphic). I threw up there, too. No one is perfect, so keep that in mind when you read other reviews. This person actually made me feel cared for while she provided care. She brought me a warm blanket that felt like the hug I needed. She ran Covid and flu tests four times to give my sister with a newborn peace of mind since I had been at their house when I started throwing up (the machine was glitching and she didn’t give up). They stabilized me, which is all you can ask for when your body feels out of control. That’s the best thing you can ask for in such a situation. Thank you Val and Dr. Love. 🫶

Steer clear of this place. They messed to my medical records and asked me to sign off regardless. They also require you to sign saying you received the privacy policy but the front desk didn’t know what it was and would not give me a copy of anything I signed. Nurse was beyond rude and the staff committed at least one HIPAA violation while I was there. A friend in the waiting room said someone came in because the prescription they gave her at someone else’s name on it, likely mine.

The worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. The physician is rude.! I am supposed to have my prescription called out the next day on the 20th on the 24th. I still didn’t have it as supposed to be delivered. I said oh it’s Holidays will order it again on the 24th. You’ll have it the day after Christmas. Today is January 2 and I still don’t have it. they said since it’s a weekend we would get it next week that’s two weeks. We have gone without medicine for no reason other than their incompetence. I can’t even get an office manager to call me back if you’re gonna be in ER that’s open on the holidays, you should have a way to manage your business. Properly on the holidays is total incompetence and neglect and lack of concern especially the girls answering the phone. They can’t even find their manager.

I visited the ER a few weeks with complications of a reaction to prescription medicine. I can not overstate how well Val cared for me. Her attention to detail and my concerns were next level. Val made what started as a very scary night, a calm, peaceful experience. Her standard of care of without question, one of the best I have ever encountered.
