Everyone is really nice but I never know precisely what tests are being ran or what the results are. I also feel like there's a lack of communication between the staff and doctors here and the specialists they refer you to. My PCP never seems to know about the other procedures I've received. And I have no idea how to review my test results or insure that they're receiving my records from other doctors. I feel like there should be more consolidation.

My mom and I had a good experience here. While in triage we were assisted by Wendy. She was very knowledgeable and caring. I could tell that she was sincere. I especially liked that she made my mom feel comfortable, by talking to her in a polite and positive manner. I hope she’s there every time my mom goes.

I scheduled an appointment at this location two days in advance for 4:00 PM. I waited in the lobby for over an hour before being brought back, and then waited an additional 40 minutes without seeing a provider. As I write this the provider came at 6:05. I have visited this location previously and had a positive experience, which makes this visit especially disappointing. I understand clinics can be busy, but waiting nearly two hours without clear communication reflects a lack of respect for patients’ time. More transparency about delays especially when appointments are scheduled would make a significant difference.But positively, the provider Alicia has incredible bedside manner, she was thorough, kind, and answered all my questions

My daughter had a control appointment of her 30 months, it took us 1 hour and 15 min to be seen by the doctor, even when I got on time. The doctor said they pass a family with 3 kids before us, but their appointment was after us... so why do we get appointments?

I have been bringing my elderly mother for care for several years now. This is top notch customer service, the care from start to finish at every visit, is just such a wonderful experience, you can feel the genuine empathy from every person that has cared for my mother. We truly appreciate this so much.
