We’ve had an excellent experience with this pediatric care provider. From the moment we walk in, the staff is welcoming, patient, and truly attentive to both children and parents. The provider takes the time to listen, explains everything clearly, and never makes us feel rushed. My child feels comfortable and at ease during visits, which says a lot. Scheduling is easy, wait times are reasonable, and follow-up care is thorough. It’s clear they genuinely care about children’s health and well-being. I highly recommend this pediatric practice to any parent looking for compassionate, knowledgeable, and reliable care.

The entire visit was seamless! My daughter was seen and we were in and out and under an hour. The entire staff was quick and efficient!

I found out about this location from my sister who loves going there and I’ve been a couple times due to the easy booking and quick appointments. You can book an appointment online through there portal and be seen same day of available which I also love. The nurses/ doctors were so nice and helpful and made me feel very welcomed and important. My son and I were in and out within 30 mins of arrival . I would recommend this place to any of the new/ continuing parents when their child is having any problems or just some clarification on their child’s health

I booked my child an apt for 830 pm on a Saturday night. The office was clean. We used the online check in. Called back about 5 mins later. Went through the usual vitals medical history why we were there. Dr came in within 5 mins of that being finished. checked out my child ordered Xrays. Diagnosed my child told us what to do to treat it and sent us on our way. it was great everyone was nice and professional. we spent less than 40 mins from the time we walked in to the time we walked out. My only complaint is they didn't offer a visit summary. (It was available on line) I forgot to ask. When they offered to validate my parking. Great experience. Will definitely come come back for injurys again way better than waiting in the ER.

If you are a parent of a child on the autism spectrum, please be cautious when considering this clinic. Our recent experience was deeply upsetting and unprofessional. I brought my young son in with a fever, cough, and runny nose. The provider, Caleb Curry, told me there was “no point” in testing for flu, COVID, or strep because, according to him, he wouldn’t prescribe anything anyway. When I asked specifically about Tamiflu if it was the flu, he incorrectly stated my son was too young for it and could not receive it. I still requested testing, and only then did he reluctantly agree. When the nurse arrived to swab my son, she was visibly annoyed from the start. My son resisted the nasal swab—as many young children, especially autistic children, do—and I asked her to please be quick. She dropped the swab when he moved his hand and complained, “Now I’m going to have to go get another one,” as if this situation was unexpected in a pediatric clinic. She left and returned minutes later, saw us working to help him stay still, and simply shut the door and walked away again. After another wait, she finally completed the swab. She then raised her voice and told me, “Your papers are on the chair, you can go now.” Fast forward five days, and my son was still experiencing a 103° fever. A nurse line connected me with a physician who immediately asked why he hadn’t been given Tamiflu. When I explained what we were told at PM Pediatrics, she informed me that Tamiflu is approved for children 6 months and older — but is only effective within the first two days of a positive test. At that point, it was too late to help him. To say I am frustrated is an understatement. Had Caleb Curry tested and treated my son properly from the beginning, he could have received medication that might have helped him recover days sooner. Instead, the provider and nurse showed irritation and impatience during a moment when compassion should be the standard — especially with a sick child who struggles to communicate. This experience has severely damaged my trust in Children’s Health and PM Pediatric Care. It is already difficult to find high-quality medical care, and even more so for children on the spectrum. Families deserve better. If compassion for children is too much to ask, perhaps a different career path should be considered.
