Krystal Green 6 months agoFrom start to finish, my experience at Preston Hollow Emergency Room was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, the staff was professional, efficient, and genuinely caring. The check-in process was smooth, wait times were minimal, and everything was clearly explained every step of the way. I especially want to recognize Nurse Theresa, who was absolutely exceptional. She was attentive, compassionate, knowledgeable, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout my entire visit. Her kindness and professionalism truly made a stressful situation much easier.I was having an active asthma attack and she sprung into action! The facility was clean, well-organized, and the entire medical team showed a high level of excellence and concern for patient care. I felt listened to, respected, and well taken care of. I highly recommend Preston Hollow Emergency Room to anyone in need of emergency care. Thank you to the entire team—and a special thank you to Nurse Theresa—for such an excellent experience.
Sara Chowdhury 2 months agoThe entire team took great care of me. I was in and out quickly, but everything still felt thorough and efficient. Dr. Shah, Katie, and Michael were all professional, attentive, and kind throughout the visit. I really appreciated the level of care I received!
Seth Barthe 7 months agoWhile the overall experience was semi-pleasant, the physician could’ve done a lot more to treat & properly diagnose me. On 11/26/25, I went in for nausea, vomiting, and severe stomach cramps, but was only given Tylenol, Zofran, and IV fluids, then discharged home. They diagnosed my symptoms as gastritis, and told me to take it easy for a few days. The next night I went to a different Emergency Room for the exact same symptoms, was admitted to inpatient, and then had surgery to remove my gallbladder. While I’m grateful that my gallbladder didn’t rupture before I went to a different ER, I really feel like Preston Hollow ER could’ve done a lot more than what they did. Again, the facility was nice, the staff were pleasant, but I genuinely feel like I was rushed out the door without proper tests/imaging being done.
Robert Reyes 4 months agoThe nicest team I've worked with. Very professional and very quick with needs. Samantha was very helpful and assisted me with all my needs. She's a life safer. Katie was my nurse and let me tell you shes the best. Dr. Khan uses his ninja skills and made the right call to assist me with my allergic reaction. DR. KHAN THANK YOU!!
Frank Cecena 5 months agoI want to share our recent experience at Preston Hollow ER to help others be informed. My wife had been dealing with a cyst for quite some time that would swell and shrink, causing her discomfort. We decided to take her there since it was close by, and we had seen mixed reviews but wanted to judge for ourselves. At the front desk, the staff was genuinely kind and professional, which I want to highlight. They treated us well and were helpful. However, once we went inside, the experience changed. The RN was a male nurse, and there was also another male assistant present. This made my wife feel uncomfortable, not out of jealousy or anything like that, but simply because it was an intimate situation. The assistant basically just stood there observing while the RN and doctor worked, which didn’t add any comfort. The main issue was with the procedure itself. The doctor didn’t wait for the anesthesia to take full effect before starting to cut into the cyst. He was quite rough, applying a lot of pressure and using scissors in a very uncomfortable way. As a result, my wife was left in a lot of pain. The doctor also didn’t give us clear explanations; he just left the room and let the RN explain things later. We ended up seeing a dermatologist a couple of days after, who told us that the initial procedure had been done very roughly, leaving small scars and signs that it wasn’t handled professionally. In summary, while the front desk staff was excellent, our experience with the medical procedure itself was disappointing and unprofessional. I hope this helps others who might consider going there for similar issues.
