Beautiful place! Everyone was quick, efficient, and had a friendly demeanor. Also, I saw a bunny in the garden area. Pictures attached for your review. :)

It's interesting to see her name mentioned here again by someone else. I have my doubts that her name is authentic—something like Nikoclaudine or Nico, Claudia, or whatever it may be. What’s concerning is her disrespectful treatment of an elderly patient. Initially, I thought this “Claudia” might be a psych patient herself, but it turns out she’s actually responsible for taking vitals. If there hasn’t been a complaint filed yet, I’ll be the first to step up and make one—although I suspect I won’t be alone in this. She’s easily identifiable: obnoxious and loud. It's embarrassing to witness such rudeness, and yet she's still working there. Her behavior toward that poor lady, who could barely walk, was unacceptable. That could have been someone’s grandmother. I’m writing this review not just for myself, but for the elderly patient who deserves better. The picture below shows the person responsible for taking vitals. Let’s all take the initiative to speak up when we see something wrong. She has long hair, wears glasses and is rather heavy set/short. Please contact me if you know the elderly patient. Ill gladly help her file a report.

This is a shout out to all the nurses and techs that provided excellent care to me. Helping roll me around while I was there for my knee pain I appreciate you all and I also would like to thank Charles Medina for going above and beyond with just being compassionate and demonstrating empathy and just putting the patient needs first

Went to get an xray. They take you back in the room pretty quickly, then let you sit there alone for 2 hours with no checks or updates. They told me it was because there were only 2 providers, but I could hear an NP telling her life story outside the door for 15 minutes. I got the xray at 2 hours and they sat me in the hallway for another hour and a half. Go to a real urgent care. This is managed as bad as their pharmacy.

All of the employees here just stand around gossiping about their personal life. They leave you waiting without saying a word, & once you’ve been sitting long enough, they ask & redirect you. I even saw one of the employees eating pringles while pushing a patient on his chair. There is truly no professionalism here, I saw no one who is here to actually help the patients.
