jay 1221 2 months agoQuite an easy experience and good care and customer service. I’m just not a fan of online reviews but wanted to give a quick positive review to the experience . The only reason not a five star was less about office and more about the online scheduling ,.. I scheduled 10:30 and had it confirmed with another email indicating 10:45 ( But the individual office tried its best to keep me as close as they could . Also the review is asking me to rate the person that didn’t attend to me( although again , that’s who I was scheduled with). So I’ll just say both Chanel ( MA) and provider Kyndall were pleasant to work with and professional! Great office environment and quick to see me ! Thanks
Randall Blakeslee 4 months agoFrom start to finish, this was one of the most efficient and pleasant medical visits we’ve had. The entire team operated with professionalism and care. The office was exceptionally clean, the process was quick without feeling rushed, and every staff member was welcoming and attentive. Chanel, the office manager, was organized and warm. Carlos, the medical technician, was thorough and professional. Chynna, APRN, provided thoughtful, attentive care and made the visit smooth and reassuring. The experience was so positive that I scheduled a follow-up appointment for myself. After finding a primary care provider for my son, Lorenzo, I felt confident establishing care here as well. The team’s professionalism and overall atmosphere truly stood out. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for efficient, compassionate care.
Silver Sapphire a month ago100% scammers! they charged me $400 took my BP and took notes, that's it! you will not have a doctor physically there, not to mention their doctors do not even have texas licenses, their assistants do not have background, drug testing or even a picture when coming to your house I felt unsafe! glad my husband was there, pretty sure these are brokers just hiring ppl left and right and charging you a bunch of money for just taking notes! And if you guys are going to reply to my review by acting like you can't find my info, you can, try BBB I have submitted some of the screenshots as well. I posted a review to their other page and they replied with " we can't find your records" yes you can, I even communicated with your billing department that was totally rude and ignored all my screenshots only then I took it to BBB, you are more than welcome to resolve this issue, I have been waiting for over a week. I would like to add something else.. I took at the notes the assistant wrote saying he was here for 76 minutes and that is a another complete lie! He was not here more than 30 minutes tops, he didn't do things he mentioned in the notes and furthermore even the er doctor said it's normal for BP to go up if u are under a lot of stress or have some sort of infection .. my point is.. do not be me and go to a regular doctor or er, much cheaper than this headache.
Dorthy Miller Shore 2 months agoI was very pleased with Urgent Care2go. Chanel who took my vitals was friendly and professional. My provider Kendall asked the right questions and listened carefully. The prescriptions were just what I needed to get well quickly.
Jalesa Weddle 7 months agoI wasn't going to post this but I am - these people at urgentcare2go have made false accusations and brought CPS in my home UrgentCare2go - 24/7 Mobile Urgent Care the only thing they can do is apologize after that have brought CPS in my life for NOTHING over false accusations and lies! MY SON THINKS HE WILL BE TAKEN AWAY BECAUSE OF AN EMPLOYER WHO MADE FALSE NARRATIVES On Friday, Urgent Care To Go provided an in-home medical visit related to health issues I was experiencing. During the visit, a friend briefly came to my front door. I informed them that I was in the middle of a medical appointment and would speak with them later. The individual immediately left and did not enter my home. Two days later, I was contacted by Child Protective Services (CPS), who stated they were responding to a report alleging child neglect and a possible drug-related incident involving my child. I was informed the report claimed that a person arrived at my home carrying a yellow bag containing white substances and that drugs were allegedly being bought or sold in front of my child. These allegations are completely false. I fully cooperated with CPS, including submitting to drug testing, and all test results were negative. There were no drugs present, no drug transaction, and my child was not exposed to any illegal activity. I have never had prior involvement with CPS, making this situation even more distressing. At the time of the medical visit, the only individuals present in my home were myself, my child (who was upstairs the entire time), and the Urgent Care provider, identified as Matthew. Based on this, I believe the report to CPS originated from Matthew, as there were no other visitors present during or related to the appointment. I also believe I was profiled, as the report appears to have been based on assumptions rather than observed facts. The individual at my door did not enter my home, did not possess drugs, and no illegal activity occurred. The allegations made do not align with what actually took place. Medical providers are entrusted with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment, especially during in-home visits. Reporting unverified assumptions of this severity resulted in significant emotional distress for my family and could have had life-altering consequences. I strongly encourage Urgent Care To Go to review this incident internally and ensure staff receive appropriate training regarding unbiased observation, factual reporting, and an understanding of the serious impact that false or speculative allegations can have on patients and their families.
