Receptionist is rude. Witnessed while waiting over 2 hours one day and when returning for TB test reading. They dont tell you to bring back the paper for the TB test.... Good thing I happened to leave it in my car. But won't help you if you don't have it. And doesn't care. They also tell everyone they have to pay since they dont have a pre-approval. Literally every time this was said, it turned out they did in fact already have said paperwork, they just aren't willing to look for it. Then they tell the patient to do their work and call and get an approval when they are the ones contracted amd being paid to do this job.... Honestly have no idea why these places agree to the contracts if they are going to treat the patients being sent poorly.

I was in and out all within an hour. By the time I was driving to my neighborhood, CVS already had my prescription prepared and ready for pick up. I appreciate the timeliness and efficiency of this location. Thank you so much for your help and care! 🙏🏾 Update: I forgot to mention… all of the reviews about the young lady receptionist having an attitude and unpleasant is true. She didn’t say anything rude to me but her body language and energy screamed she didn’t want to be there. I just didn’t focus on it because I was in pain and needed to see the doctor. I was in so much pain that I forgot to bring it up in the back. But yeah, if the office manager can see this, please train bedside manner to your front desk team because you don’t know what your patients are going through and the last thing a person wants to experience is a receptionist who appears as though they don’t care. This was the young lady working 5/17 between 12-3p.

I had an excellent experience with this business! The customer service was outstanding—very professional, responsive, and genuinely caring. Everything was handled in a timely manner, and they made the entire process smooth and stress-free. You can tell they take pride in what they do and truly value their customers. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and quality service.

I came here for pre-employment screening and was here for 3 hours. I'm not kidding, I got here 1:40 for a 2 pm appointment and left at 4:44. Each individual item took 3-5 minutes each, bloodwork, drug test, and then physical exam. But I waited an incredibly long time in-between each thing. I spent an entire hour, 60 minutes, in the waiting rooms waiting to be seen. This was really the most awful pre-employment screen I ever had. Most individuals that I encountered here were very nice and kind, but 3 hours is unbelievable.

I went in for a physical and the PA Kelsey was questioning me very direct and firm (didn't seem too friendly) so I said to her I feel like you're giving me a hard time. She increases the volume of her voice and said " My signature has to go on your form and I've known you all of 14 minutes cut me some slack here". Huh? All I said was I felt like she was giving me a hard time. That's all! In no way was I being disrespectful. The rest of the examine I just responded uh huh because I don't argue. Once she realized that her demeanor changed. She needs to work on her communication skills and try being polite.
