The most amazing thing ive ever experienced! From the time I walked in the door the efficiency of staff / team was top nothch ! Quickest most sufficient service Ive ever had at any walk in care facility. All staff was amazing, kind and helpful. Well done team !!!

Picture this: you’ve been feeling bad for a couple days; now it’s Saturday; afternoon; fever increases, like a really bad flu (an infection of some kind); eventually you realize seeing a doc can’t wait; it’s 7:15 and it’s 20 mins away; at this point all decisions are being made for you (to be clear); they drive you there and you arrive at 7:47PM. On a Saturday. Arrive, that is, to this Patient First I’m reviewing. And when you come in… everybody, I mean everybody there is super welcoming, super happy to be able to help you (I am not making stuff up). They treat you nicely, they are serious, professional, they figure it out, give you the right medicine, and send you home (I am kidding you not); just like that; everybody nice, understanding and efficient; so, I guess what I’m saying is: you don’t want to end up at Patient First at 8:00 PM on a Saturday, but if you have to, I strongly recommend this one…

My overall experience with this Patient First General Booth clinic is overwhelmingly positive. From check in, short wait time, vitals check, blood draw and doctor interaction,.every one on the staff had been respectful and professional. Special mention to Dr. Borza for being attentive and thorough with review of my inputs.

The best practitioner performing his duties with diligence and care. Charlie recognized me immediately, it because I visit frequently, but because I was SO sick. He's just as personable when I've gone in for a sinus infection, but the shocked recognition and immediate concern for my welfare when I came in for a serious visit was very warming. Though he sent me straight to the ER his care and that of his associates was fantastic. So was his follow up care on the next day when he wrote prescriptions for me that the ER doctors had forgotten, after being conscientious and re-checking all of the lab work. All in a fraction of the time an ER visit would cost. Excellent care!

Everybody was very nice and helpful. Dr. Borza was the best, very helpful and kind. She took the time to explain my situation and made sure that my treatment plan considered my other medications and conditions. She and the whole team are top notch!
