The receptionist was very friendly, professional, and efficient. She provided great customer service. From initial checkin, I only waited about 5 minutes to be called in to get my vitals. The person that took my vitals was nice. Once I finished getting my vitals taken, I was brought to an examining room. I was disappointed that I waited there over 45 minutes. This seemed to be an excessive amount of time to wait, since there were not many patients being treated. However, I had exceptional medical care by Ms Stultz. She was thorough in the exam, attentive in explaining the elements of my condition and recommended treatment strategy, and was patient with answering my questions.

I love Patient First which is why it is my primary care provider. The respect and compassion extended to every patient and visitor is what sets Patient First above other doctor's offices and facilities. The thorough exams, skilled phlebotomists and detail focused radiologists are all a cut above. Before leaving, the healthcare providers always take the time to go over the notes, making sure I understand everything. Affording me the opportunity to ask questions. Patient First feels warm and welcoming unlike other practices I've gone to since moving to this area.

It was amazing from the moment I entered the door. Deborah greeting not only me but everyone that came in. She was also mindful to acknowledge those departing. When it was my turn she was very helpful and polite. I've never experienced such a pleasant visit to any urgent care. The young lady who took my vitals was friendly an upbeat as well as the xray tech. Top Notch all around. I just moved to VA Beach I will certainly come back again.

Ive never had issues with Patient First before, but yesterday was very disappointing. To be clear I have no complaints regarding the actual doctor. My husband had/has severe back pain. He told me that he had alot of trouble laying on the xray table due to his pain level. Despite telling the technician, no assistance was offered. He was just told he had to do it. The lack of support and compassion is very concerning.

Very efficient and was seen quickly even on a weekend. The efficiency did not effect the quality of care. Every person I interacted with treated me with kindness and care and listened to me. Doctor and PA staff clearly listened and took into account what I said when diagnosing and treatment. This center is also really good about following up to confirm diagnosis and go over next steps/follow up care. I've been to this center a few times over the past few years and they are honestly the best urgent care/medical facility I've ever been to. Would recommend anyone to go here even if you don't live close by.
