My experience was outstanding. From the moment I entered the door, I could smell disinfectant, which a good sign! Everyone was professional and well organized. The establishment was immaculate, and I was greeted with smiles, and hello’s as I walked to the treatment room. The treatment doctor who entered the room seemed very, ‘a matter of fact’, but later warmed up and gave good wisdom and took time to listen and share what she recommended for my treatment and why. She was outstanding. This was one of the best medical experiences I have had. It’s a great operation! Great team, from the time I walked in the door to end.

If you have to go to Patient First, then you’re not having the best day. I am so thankful and appreciative of the staff here. Today was very busy but I was seen pretty quickly considering. The receptionist, nurse, woman that drew my blood, and doctor were all so kind. The staff really makes it as enjoyable as it can be. I would recommend this place to anyone. My son and I have had to go multiple times and we’ve never had any issues.

Best experience at a Patient First facility! My wait time was less than 10 minutes! The front desk associate was very kind and pleasant. We had a nice short chat and I could tell she loved people and her job!! I forgot her name but she was a beautiful African American woman and she was very quick at getting my info and getting me back to be seen.

I took my husband today to this clinic; he had like a stomach bug. I did the check in and went back to my car until he was called in. After I did the check in, he received two text messages, letting him know that he was registered. The third time he was called by a nurse to tell him to go in. He was seen by the doctor and sent home with a treatment. We were out in about two hours. Very good customer service.

Dr. Desai is the ultimate physician. He has been our PCP for over 20 yrs and follow him to whatever facility he is at. The staff at IR was great especially Ricardo who drew my blood virtually painless. PF is the best medical office in the state.
