When I arrived at Patient First, the check-in process was quick and easy. The receptionist signed me in immediately, and after sitting for only about 10 minutes, I was called back. The nurse who assisted me was very polite, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The doctor came in shortly after with the same caring and respectful attitude. My entire visit lasted about an hour and a half, which was much faster than I expected for urgent care. The staff was efficient, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care about their patients. The facility was also clean and well-organized. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend this Patient First location to anyone looking for quality care and friendly service.

I always go here because I feel like my needs are met very quickly and effectively, today was different today was a nurse taking the extra step to ensure our visit was amazing. I didn’t catch her name. My kids are 2 under 2 and my husband is deployed so going anywhere out of the house can be difficult especially doctors offices. This nurse brought in bubbles for my son who was having a difficult time waiting. Once he saw bubbles he was content and was having a better day which was so much easier on me. The kindness she showed turned my experience a 200/10

Since I left a scathing review of the worst that Patient First has to offer, I will leave another honest review. Scott Pianin has treated me for a few issues. No need to go into a lot of detail, but his manner, professionalism, attention to detail and care almost makes him feel like a TV Doctor (no sarcasm intended). I truly appreciate his support and knowledge.

I am extremely disappointed by the treatment I received during my recent visit to Patient First. I came seeking medical care and expected to be treated with professionalism, dignity, and respect. Instead, I left feeling humiliated, intimidated, and unheard. During my visit, I requested to see a different provider because I was uncomfortable with my interaction with Nurse Practitioner Kristi Green. I also requested to speak with a supervisor or someone in leadership above her regarding my concerns. Both requests were denied. Rather than addressing my concerns or attempting to de-escalate the situation, Ms. Green instructed me to leave the facility. After I asked to speak with someone else, two additional staff members became involved. They approached me in a manner that I found aggressive and intimidating. Multiple staff members were speaking to me at once, raising their voices, telling me to leave, and threatening to call the police. At no point was I being disruptive or threatening. I was simply asking to speak with another provider and a member of leadership regarding my concerns. What was most upsetting was not just being denied the opportunity to seek a second opinion within the practice, but the complete lack of compassion, professionalism, and respect shown during the encounter. As a patient, I believe I have the right to voice concerns, request another provider when available, and ask to speak with management without being subjected to intimidation or threats. I left the facility feeling embarrassed, distressed, and deeply concerned about how patients are treated when they attempt to advocate for themselves. I hope Patient First takes this complaint seriously and reviews the conduct of the staff involved so that no other patient experiences similar treatment.

Nelly’s bedside manner is immaculate. She’s so kind and gentle with her patients! Caroline was also amazing. She was speedy, gentle with my wounds, and readily explained what steps we were taking and why. I felt informed and well cared for in her hands. Reception was very nice as well! Absolutely excellent experience. I’ll tell everyone I know about your location, and I’ll be back if I’m ever in need!
