Had to take my daughter in for pink eye and they were so quick and friendly! We only waited maybe 15 minutes. I even had to return to get a more specific doctors note (my husbands job needed it to be very specific of what happened) in order to excuse an absence and the receptionist was so quick to respond. I know it was a hassle but she was friendly about it and got it all taken care of. Faster than going to my child’s regular primary care doctor!

Staff needs retraining on better customer service. The female employee in the front desk as well as the Medical Assistant checking vitals was rude and had an attitude (as if they didn’t want to be there and you’re wasting their time). Had an appointment set for a certain time and I wasn’t seen until an hour and a half later. At this point, why do you we even schedule an appointments if we’re not doing our best to meet patients at the requested time. Highly disappointed and staff is upsetting. Time reference: 3/20/2026 3 to 5PM.

Best urgent care experience I have ever had yesterday! Everyone from the receptionist, nurse, to my provider Jenny was excellent! Fast, caring, and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Registration staff are very rude my second time here and both times were unpleasant. Nurses and Doctors were very nice and took good care of me ,My daughter works for Sentara so she will be made aware how her employer treated her mother Do better

I visited this location for the first time today because it is closer to our home. Unfortunately, my experience at the front desk was disappointing. The staff member did not greet me and immediately requested my insurance and ID in a very abrupt manner. Her demeanor came across as unpleasant and unwelcoming. In a healthcare setting, basic courtesy and professionalism are important. I needed to step away briefly because our military insurance requires a Social Security number, and I was waiting for my husband to send it to me. Once I received it, I returned to the front desk only to retrieve the sticky note and pen that had been provided to me earlier. At that point, the staff member stated that it was a “private information area” and then said the line was the priority. I explained that I was not attempting to bypass anyone, only to collect the materials she had given me and return to my seat. The interaction felt unnecessarily confrontational. Based on this experience and similar concerns mentioned in prior reviews, it appears that additional customer service training may be beneficial. For reference, this interaction occurred on Saturday, 1/24/26, around noon. Additionally, I had a 12:20 PM appointment scheduled online but was not seen by a provider until approximately 1:30 PM. This raises concerns about the accuracy and purpose of appointment scheduling if patients are not seen anywhere near their scheduled time. The physician assistant, Tim, was satisfactory. However, due to the overall experience, I do not plan to return to this location.
