I chose to check in from home for an appointment time that was equal to the time it would give a few minutes and be on time; based on my location I imagine. The staff was awesome and so was the physician I saw. My situation was to obtain a referral to a specialist pertaining to my issue. Hands down a hidden gem here and an outstanding edge over patient first. In addition, its basically an extension of Sentata. That's super convenient for many. A++

I walked into Velocity clinic and I was turned away bcuz I didn't have an appointment. The website didn't say I needed an appointment to be seen. I can see if I walked in 5 minutes before closing. Not to mention there was only one person in lobby of clinic at the time. I will never come back to this clinic or any other Velocity clinic again and I'd advise anyone to consider other clinics especially if you have an hectic work schedule like mine.

I went in to have my heath check out cause I noticed something was off. So I made the phone call to them ask them if they took my insurance and they did and they was extremely nice to me. I explained everything and they helped me get what I need to take care of my body. I feel so greatful that I found a really nice place and the atmosphere was amazing. I greatly appreciate the help I got to get my body back to being strong and healthy. Thank you and I highly recommend going here.

Walk don’t run here. The staff and service is what you need on a bothersome day. The in and out time was great. I appreciate you all. Thanks!

Best urgent care experience I've had, and I've had many with my family of 5. Friendly staff and providers. Front desk check in was quick and smooth even though one young lady was training. Kate NP was knowledgeable with wonderful "bedside manner". Marjorie (Margie?) who took my vitals was friendly as well. Can't believe I was in/out in less than 20 min! I scheduled my appt online and was able to get in near opening time.
