I'm sure their doctors are great, but we didn't get a chance to meet them. Reserved a spot for our first visit, receptionist told us to sit down upon arrival, and then apparently forgot to check us in and didnt notice for 50 minutes. Made a new appointment the following day where the receptionist told us our insurance (Tricare select -- in network according to Tricare website and hotline) wasn't accepted and she could "force coverage but we'd receive a bill and then have to work with billing to clear it if we have coverage". I am not one to leave a bad review quickly and I'm definitely one to give the benefit of the doubt, but I won't return here solely because of the incompetency we encountered back to back.

They were great today and managed to see all three of us at the same time. The lady at the desk was amazing and the nurse was fantastic. They were patient with the littles and got us in and out quickly. Thank you!

I would like to start by stating that the young lady that was at the front desk last Saturday 11/29/2025 around 3:15pm was GREAT!!!!. The nurse was very nice and made our visit very easy. Overall the 3 staff members that we encountered were great.

The front desk staff was phenomenal! They assessed her needs quickly and kindly and were so helpful directing us to the care she required. It will always be my go-to urgent care center.

My son needed a last minute physical and I was having a horrible time finding somewhere that could get him in. Called SUC and spoke with Lakira, not only was she helpful, but she was knowledgeable and very kind. She got us on the schedule that day only a few hours later and we were in and out. Place was clean and all the staff was kind. Will come back for any future needs.
