I’ve had some of the best care I’ve ever experienced at Concentra, with the medical staff and reception. Everyone is very kind, attentive, and professional. The communication was excellent.They were very thorough and accurate with my exams. I felt safe and well cared for during an emergency situation and with all of the after care. It could not have been better. Thank you!

Staff has always been friendly at this location. Wait times can vary wildly but they seem to have a good system going to get people through as quickly as possible. I went for a DOT physical at 2pm on a Monday, 1 hour before close. No line, waited maybe 10-15 mins before being seen, completed physical in about 20 mins and out the door in under an hour. Nurses and doctors were welcoming and professional.

Terrible visit, terrible customer service. The lead patient serv. rep. lied about the wait time. The other front desk patient serv. rep. became upset because I brought it to their attention. I was shocked by her insolent attitude! Employees working the front desk, are the first impression Concentra makes. I was met with prejudice and unprofessionalism. I will not return to this clinic.

I visited the 1st Ave South branch. They have a comfortable & clean waiting room. The nurses were polite and seemed to enjoy working there. I felt like they really cared and were happy to see me. The receptionist, even though he was busy he never rushed me and was incredibly helpful with getting me signed in as l didn't have any paperwork. Your branch in that location was full of people on both days that l visited, and yet the service was quick and professional.
