I went in (no appointment) with a cut that I knew I wouldn't be able to clean or dress properly. It was my first time there, so I wasn't in their system. They took my insurance card and I was taken right into a treatment room where I was treated promptly. I ended up needing sutures and the whole thing was handled very professionally and courteously. I was served by 4 different people and everyone was just terrific. I was in and out in about an hour. I'm sure I was lucky there was nobody waiting in front of me, but the service here was great and I'm really glad to know this is in my neighborhood. And the facility is very nice, as well.

Such a great spot, well maintained facility and very efficient... Arrived as a walk-in, they got me into the exam room and checked me out all within 45 minutes. The whole staff is very kind, and made sure to take care of me every step of my visit. Each nurse who walked in offered me something to drink and made sure I was doing ok, they are as sweet as can be! Highly recommend for all of your urgent care needs. I found parking on the street pretty easily on a weekday night.

Staff were wonderful in doing their jobs and very accommodating for me to do a walk in for the night. The Doc did seem a bit eager to get me out the door being that it was the end of the shift. And in an semi-unrelated issue, the pharmacy lost my prescription, but when I went back the next day the counter staff was very excellent getting it back online, so thank you for that!!!

Each professional introduced themselves, explained their role in the process of my care and treatment, and clarified the next step. This was an outstanding urgent care experience. The facility is lovely, clean, everyone friendly and the practitioners offer services and referrals to ensure my options for additional care are noted. Knowing it is on me to wind the “next step” is important, and then stressed time is of the essence. I appreciated their thoroughnesses.

My experience went wonderfully! I went right when it opened at 8am and was seen promptly. Although, I could not make an online appointment for 8am when I woke up at 7am. I think you have to make an appointment the day before if it’s online booking. They did not accept my insurance so it was a baseline of $250. But the staff were great!
