Came in from the airport after flying in from out of town, and…..wow. First- cleanest and nicest looking urgent care I’ve ever been in. The receptionist couldn’t have been friendlier and offered us craft coffee tea and hot chocolate. What!? You’re lucky if the Urgent Cares in South Florida even acknowledge you and this one is friendly and offering refreshments. Where am I!? The nurse and Dr Durkee were warm, knowledgeable, and empathetic to our situation and gave us the solution swiftly and we were on our way. We were in and out in less than an hour and I haven’t left any kind of medical facility with such a sense of fulfillment. I rarely do reviews but this was such an above and beyond experience that needs to be acknowledged. Thank yall so much for helping us!

High quality care and lovely staff! While we did have to wait an hour for an appt, that was reasonably expected for a walk-in appointment on a weekend day. The facility is very nice, clean, and well equipped and my son was able to have an X-ray for his foot on the spot. Highly recommended. Thank you ☺️

Went in from a MVA cus I got turned away downtown (no urgent care except for ZoomCare who refuse to accept Apple Health/WellPoint 😣), the front desk person was awesome (she had a heart on her cheekbone and was so nice! I feel terrible that I don't remember her name); Jocelyn the nurse was super sympathetic, got me to an exam room super quick even tho the website said there were 6 check-ins in front of me. Jeremiah, the doc, was fantastic and he didn't condescend to me (as others have) because I refused painkillers. He was very reassuring in a moment where everything felt chaotic (I'm autistic so I was still really shook up). All the staff are exceptional + they had cold beverages for us in the waiting area. 10 out of 5 stars

The care team at Indigo urgent care were very thorough and caring.  It was easy to schedule and the wait time wasn’t that long.  They took the time to answer all our questions and reviewed the x-ray with us.  I would definitely go back.

I had a great experience at Indigo. I made an appointment earlier in the day and was seen within a few minutes of sitting in the lobby (on a Friday evening). Every member of the staff was friendly and helpful and I felt safe to ask all of my questions.
