ZoomCare Interbay - Urgent Care & Primary Care

Clinical staff were super friendly and attentive. But the billing staff.. because of them I will never go to a ZoomCare again. It's been over 8 months, they ran labs that should have been covered by insurance, but Regence pulled their contract. ZoomCare has been trying to fix it, and said they pulled the bill until it's straightened out, but in reality, they sent it to collections. I have documentation they said they were pulling it to figure out the problem with Regence. They clearly have no idea what they're doing. Sometimes it takes a month to get a response from them. They don't answer the phone. Atrocious customer service.

I had a really positive experience at Interbay Urgent Care and Primary Care (ZoomCare). The check-in process was quick and easy, and I was seen pretty fast. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the provider took the time to listen to my concerns and explain everything clearly without rushing me. I felt well taken care of throughout the visit. Overall, everything was smooth, efficient, and professional. I’d definitely go back again if I need care.

I woke up with conjunctivitis the day before Christmas. I was able to get an appointment at 7:40 a.m. (!). I received prompt, friendly, professional care from the receptionist, aide, and PA Whitney. I got a careful eye exam and an RX for eye drops and was already feeling better by Christmas Eve. Thank you Interbay Zoom Care

Disorganized clinic with staff who do not know what they are doing, don't talk to each other, and do NOT care about patients- only how many times they can bill insurance without doing their job, so they can make you come back again, see someone who doesn't want to be there, and then drop you out of the clinic worse than before, except also frustrated. Don't waste your time.

The staff were friendly, accommodating, and competent. They have parking, did labs on site, and the FNP was a great communicator and helpful in planning next steps for my primary care. They made me a same day appointment for an x ray in another location too. No notes
