Within minutes of assessing my daughter’s viral cold the healthcare provider recommended the ER. She had not even taken vitals. My daughter is an adult but was treated as a child. She instilled zero confidence she knew what she was talking about.

The woman at the front desk greeted me warmly & gently - she expressed concern which warmed my heart (I had hurried to be on time & was breathing hard). Curtis, the PA who cared for me, got to the root cause of my symptoms fairly quickly - between his gentle questions & exam & the swab test he ran: influenza A. I was grateful that he let me rest the exam room while we waited for the test results to come. Curtis prescribed meds at a pharmacy across the street; on my way out I stopped to sit a moment and the woman in front offered me a cup of tea which I gratefully accepted. I'm very happy with how I was served there.

Rip off, showed up here with an enflamed Uvula, saw a PA for all of 5 mins, after taking a look was immediately referred to go to the ER- now they’re asking for $400! Charging to tell me you can’t offer medical care is not healthcare, it’s a scam. Absolutely shameful
