I had a really great experience here. I’ve heard horror stories before about Urgent Care. But this branch had some of the most caring staff. Everyone was quick, compassionate, and competent. I felt heard and taking care of. Great service, great same day appointments, and seamless check-in/out, and clean! Dr. Maddie and Marie are gems. Thanks ladies!

Within three hours of being normal, I got a raging urinary infection that scared the heck out of me. Because it was too late to go to the walk-in clinic at Optum I called Indigo, they made an appointment for me for a couple hours later, but I decided to just walk in and they saw me almost immediately. Confident provider, extremely nice front desk and it all ran smoothly. I was able to go to Safeway in the same parking lot and pick up my antibiotics within an hour of stepping into the front door of Indigo. I don’t think it can get any better!Thank you! It’s now the day after, and I’m feeling so much better!

Staff was incredibly kind and sweet, got me an appointment same day. Facility was clean, and I got a thoughtful diagnosis for an affordable price (with X-rays!!). Would absolutely come back!

It was very easy when I made an appointment. They had full availability when I went to schedule the day before. Trying to schedule the day off, the availability goes away and the wait time is like 6-8hours with only one other person in the clinic so I'm not sure if they're just not really fully staffed or what. Once you get in the service is great though, easy in and out for me. I only went for a quick lab test though so didn't need a full workup & can't speak to that.

These folks are awesome- professional and easy going, made the virtual appointment so easy and were very reassuring. I arrived back in the states after international travel with another 6 hours before getting back home and needed an antibiotic asap- was able to get my Rx filled with plenty of time to make it to my train. Very grateful for the excellent care 💜
