I was pleasantly surprised at how great this urgent care is! I made an appointment online and got there a little early. I was in a room by my appointment time. Doctor Reyes was amazing she was thorough and she gave me medicine for my nausea right then and it was so helpful to how I was feeling. They even had my prescription ready as I left. The staff were friendly and everything was very quick!

Great experience! PA-C Seydel was personable and professional, woman at front desk (missed her name, sorry), was fast and efficient and friendly at the same time. In, done, out the door and on with our lives in just over 30 minutes. Let’s be honest- nobody ends up here expecting a fun time, but compared to an evening at the ER… yeah I’ll take this.

I was able to schedule an appointment at 10:30pm for the next morning at 8:20am, way sooner than my normal doctor’s office. I was seen on time, they were able to diagnose me quickly and answer all my questions. They even had the antibiotics I needed, so I didn’t have to go wait at another pharmacy. Everyone was kind and professional. I will definitely use their services again for a medical issue.

Excellent care. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Doctor really cared and was thorough. We came late night thevlast appointment of thr night all three people we interacted with were happy to see us and you would never know it was almost midnight and time for them to go home. The doctor was very caring and listened to everything my daughter said. We were very happy and what was even better is thry filled our medicine right there on the spot no late bight pharmacy run. They then sent refills to our regular pharmacy. Could not ask for a better experience. So thankful!!

The one bonus is that most of the staff are at least nice. The rest of the time, though, they’re either too busy with appointments to pay any attention, or they simply don’t care to. I get talked over at almost every appointment when I go to this location, and I get asked meaningless questions about unrelated prior visits more than I get asked relevant information. For instance, this time I came in for a cough with no sore throat. We spent more time talking about an ankle sprain from a year ago than my current symptoms, and I was diagnosed with… sore throat. Go to another clinic.
