Had two consults with Paula Lin at this clinic for some severe neck and shoulder pain. She was just so friendly and good, very patient with answering questions, and with showing me pain management tips, and her follow up report was very thorough. Definitely would recommend.

Came in for wound care and was met with exceptional service. The front desk person was very friendly and professional. I walked in and was given an appointment and was pulled back into an exam room sooner than the appointment. Timara was also friendly, funny and professional. They answered all of my questions and more. I felt more informed and helped with Timara than my own GP in my home state! I highly recommend this clinic.

Excellent and highly recommended! The doctor was professional and kind, and very understanding as I struggled with calmly providing all the info, through feeling sick and being in pain. She also gave excellent me instructions on the hows and whys of the Rx. The whole appointment went quick and smooth, and was affordable. It's so great to have reliable care available nearby, on short notice!

By far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a Zoomcare. My appointment was at 4:00pm. I walked in at 4:05pm after parking and needing to buzzed in. The late policy is 5 minutes. By the time the receptionist is viewing my ID and taking my insurance it’s 4:06pm. She tells me that I missed the cutoff and my appointment will need to be rescheduled. I did not feel cared for at all.

Dr. Paula Lins took the time to listen, investigate, and truly understand my concerns. Dr. Lins offered above and beyond patient care, and made me feel comfortable speaking with her about my medical issues. It was abundantly clear that Dr. Lins cared about my concerns and the treatment I received in her office. The staff were incredibly kind and professional as well. This location will be my new go-to urgent care. Highly recommended.
