Had a wonderful experience at ZoomCare Urgent Care! I went in for a clogged ear, and the staff took such great care of me. Everyone was kind, professional, and attentive, and the procedure was quick and effective. I felt immediate relief afterward and really appreciated how comfortable they made me feel throughout the visit. The clinic was clean, organized, and efficient as well. I highly recommend ZoomCare to anyone looking for quality urgent care and compassionate service!

I have been to this location twice, and both times I received excellent care. The most recent time, I went in for a cut finger. I scheduled an appointment time which was available within 20 minutes, was seen within 5 minutes of the appointment time, and treated efficiently but not rushed by Juli. She was patient and answered all my questions without making me feel stupid, and even gave me a vaccine when I requested it. I would definitely recommend this location for non-life threatening health issues where you need an opinion from a health professional sooner than you can make an appointment with your PCP.

I felt very relieved and cared for after seeing Irina, who was not only highly professional and competent, but also kind, thoughtful, and genuinely humane. She is a wonderful healthcare professional. Thank you, Irina. Front desk personnel was also very kind. So grateful to have this place near home!

The staff is incredibly kind and efficient. We arrived early and the doctor saw me as soon as I was checked in. The doctor explained the diagnosis and care very thoroughly. This is probably the best experience I've ever had at an urgent care.

⚠️ Two Serious Misdiagnoses Winter 2021: Came in with vomiting and severe flank pain. Misdiagnosed kidney stones as bladder infection and administered heavy antibiotics. That night, went to ER where the doctor noted Zoom's own blood tests should have caught it. Fall 2025: Presented with severe one-sided throat pain and visibly swollen right lymph node (half the size of a ping pong ball). Provider never examined my lymph nodes, never asked if pain was one-sided (their own take-home handout says this is concerning), PCR test not sent to lab for 36+ hours. Then, UW Urgent Care immediately identified the swollen lymph node and sent me to ER. Diagnosis: Peritonsillar abscess—potentially life-threatening. After my written complaint, ZoomCare's Medical Director determined "appropriate care was provided" and claimed the abscess wasn't detectable. The provider never examined my presenting symptom and was bouncing between me and another patient. I followed up with another detailed email of questions about the specific failures; they did respond and did clear my patient charges. However, their responses did not align with my experience (I have text messages from the day of my evening visit to Zoom about the size and pain of my lymph nodes). In the response Zoom says the provider checked my lymph nodes and they were not swollen at the time. I looked at the records they have in my online chart and it never mentions my lymph nodes. However it said, “Reason for Visit: Pharyngitis, Strep, & Abscess.” Was that written on my chart at the time of the visit? So to close this out, I am writing this review. A rarity for me. Two serious misdiagnoses. No real accountability. Go elsewhere.
