This location is excellent with helpful and knowledgeable staff. I feel heard when I speak to the clinicians there, and they have helped me better my mental and physical health. I have been to ZoomCare many times at multiple locations, and I have never had a bad experience.

If I could give even more stars to Keely Robinson I would. I had seen literally 5 other providers who were unable to address the issue I was having. Keely was the first person who fully listened to me and helped get me back healthy and thriving!! Thank you so much, I am eternally grateful. Also shoutout Zoomcare for making scheduling easy. To top it all off I got a sticker that smells like waffles!!

UPDATE: the staff was quick and helpful in sending me the form I needed and helping solve my issue. Still only leaving 4 stars as they mishandled my labs initially, but appreciate their apologies and efforts to correct. The staff was very friendly, but they didn’t send the lab I needed for my blood draw. I called them and they said they made a mistake and needed to draw my blood again. When I tried to book an appointment to do so, they told me the lab was closed Thursday and Friday, so I wouldn’t get my results until the next week. I told them this would miss my employer deadline for an insurance discount, which was the only reason I had come in for an annual physical. I asked if they could send the form back regardless with what they could complete and they said yes. However, I never received the form. I will message them requesting again, and if it is rectified I will update my review. But as of now, I would not recommend this location as they made the mistake of not sending blood for the correct labs, causing the need for a secondary blood draw.

Our 2 year old grandson hurt his elbow while playing at a local playground. We weren’t sure what was wrong so found the closest Urgent Care. Zoom had great ratings. We walked in and were seen right away. Friendly, welcoming staff. Dr. Mike knew exactly what was wrong (nursemaids elbow) and in 2 seconds popped his elbow ligament back in place. He was so kind and reassuring as we were so worried about our baby boy! I cried when it was all over because he took care of it so quickly and gently. So thankful for the great care.

was told to come back in over three hours for an appointment that took ten minutes. when i tried to cancel to go somewhere else, it was “too close to my appointment time” and was subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. couldn’t even pay my bill before leaving due to errors on their end!! the healthcare itself was great but everything else was horrid.
