All you have to do is call the central Zoomcare customer service and they will make you an appointment pronto. You are greeted in a wonderful manner, the doctor was thorough, compassionate and knowledgeable. I apologize that I don’t remember his name! The nurse.A woman named Jo was terrific. The gentleman at the front desk again terrific. Thank you so much zoom care.

Was seen here by Alex (I think that was their name). Really great person and I felt like they were generous with their time and answering my questions. I was having a miserable time with a UTI and they were a genuine human trying to help me feel better exploring different options and talking it through with me. Very thankful.

This was my first visit to zoom . care. I had originally thought it was an urgent care facility but was very happy to learn that Zoom Care is a primary care facility. The entire experience was perfect. I loved that I could make an appointment online and I also loved that I would be treated by a PA. Everyone treated me with kindness respect and patience. I certainly will return to Zoom Care if the need arises

They got me in about 2 hours earlier than my scheduled appointment, which was nice. However, I felt like once I got in the room, an unnecessary test and over-the-counter medication was pushed on me. It felt like they were trying to make more money off a very common diagnosis. I spoke up about the OTC medication, because it's a basic med I know I can get at Walgreens, which I did. I asked about the test, but he made it seem like it was not a big deal and that I should do it even though I know that test is something you take AFTER the prescription medication I needed.The additional test ended up being one that had to go through another provider, not just a lab, which was not explained to me during my visit. So that made for a large, additional bill. I know part of this is me speaking up more and asking questions, but that's difficult when talking with a doctor. I won't be back because of this experience. I don't feel I was given good care, just suggested things so the office could bill more to my insurance.

Made an appointment for an array of strange symptoms. Even though it was the end of the day, Dr. DiNoto was incredibly friendly and really took the time to understand and figure out what was going on (which wasn’t easy). Great experience and great patient care!
