I hurt my ankle and after a couple days decided to have it checked out. Google indicated there was imaging at the Union street site but there isn’t on-site. Staff there helped me set up an apt for roughly an hour later and I headed to the SLU site, only 7 min away. Street parking was easy, check in smooth and I was seen quickly. I had the initial consult, x-rays completed and reviewed with me, and fitted in a boot - all within an hour. Definitely recommend going here. Compassionate, professional, and efficient.

Amazing experience. Staff was very nice. Wait time was about 30 minutes at 9:10PM on a Friday night. The PA, and Medical assistants were very kind and compassionate. PA Rebecca took care of me and made sure all my questions were answered before I left. The staff really takes care of you at this location. 10/10

I’m so thankful for the whole experience. The office is very inviting and professional. T front desk staff and the provider were also fantastic.I am in Seattle for a work trip and found myself needing sudden medical support. From the Google search, to the appointment itself, to getting the prescription filled- the whole experience was seamless. Thank you to the team at this particular Zoomcare location, and thank you to the broader Zoomcare team. You really saved someone who was away on a work trip and had a flight to catch in a few hours!

Came in for a sprain, staff was very friendly. Was seen at the time of my appointment, very little wait time between examination, X-Ray, and check out. Probably the easiest urgent care visit in my 32 years in Earth.

I was visiting from Denver and went to ZoomCare South Lake Union because I had a cold and wanted to be seen quickly. When I arrived, they couldn’t find my appointment even though I had it booked and showed it on my phone. The person at the front desk then rolled her eyes at me and acted like I was bothering her, which made the whole experience feel really unwelcoming. The doctor I saw was good, but the initial interaction completely soured my impression. This is customer service 101. Advice to management: train your staff to at least look like they care.
