Fast, Convenient, and Knowledgeable. Mia was friendly and helped me navigate the forms quickly. Glady was knowledgeable and aware of contraindications with my medications AND knew the ones that would help the urgent condition without complications to my ongoing health issues. It was amazing to have that knowledge, comfort and expertise so close. Thanks to Kaiser for contracting with such a great facility. I was so sick and felt like death warmed over but put off going in because I didn’t/ couldn’t drive all the way to cap hill. Zoom was 8 blocks. This was amazing.

This was the best experience I've ever had at an urgent care center. The place was very nice and clean and updated. It was very easy to make an appointment online, and I didn't have to wait very long at all to be taken in. Everyone was very nice. Marie was very attentive and made sure to go over all of my needs in detail. I felt extremely comfortable at this facility.

Came here after getting sick while traveling. Very prompt and professional. I saw Glady who explained everything thoroughly and was very friendly. This was a very nice experience.

I visited a different urgent care around the corner on California Ave two days before visiting ZoomCare and was basically brushed off, sent home with no treatment and told to come back in 3 days if things got worse. By the second day, my symptoms were unbearable and I was genuinely concerned for my health. Instead of returning to that other provider, I was able to make an appointment at ZoomCare quickly. Marie Srinivasan provided excellent care, actually listening to me (even making eye contact and not just looking at a computer screen like at the other place). She went above and beyond and prescribed what I needed in the short term to bring me some relief and in the mid term to get rid of the illness. I cannot thank her enough, and I’ll definitely be coming here from now on. Give Marie a raise—she is a fantastic provider!
